Clay Electric has been providing personalized service to its 140,000 customers since 1937.  Headquartered in Keystone Heights Florida, Clay Electric serves a 15-county area in North Florida with six offices strategically located throughout its service area.  Clay Electric is one of the 10 largest energy cooperatives in the U.S. 

When Clay Electric began evaluating its needs to upgrade its communications system it hired Global Telecommunications to assist in the assessment.  The Global Team came onsite and performed an in depth analysis of the voice and data networks.  Global then crafted a Request for Proposal that included upgrades to the voice and data network plus ancillary applications for voice recording and video conferencing. 

The Global team worked closely with our ICT Department and helped us select a final vendor.  In the process of evaluation, Global was able to help identify cost savings in the network design.  In addition, Global captured over $50,000 alone in the cost structure for the video conferencing design. Global was able to bring this project in on time, meeting all of our established milestones.  We found Global to be professional, competent and thorough in all of their activities.  We recommend them without reservation.
